Brussels requires new authorities in Belgrade to continue dialogue with Pristina as soon as possible, whereas it is announced that Belgrade and Kosovo authorities will be soon made known the EU demands for political dialogue, the Serbian press reports.
However, the Government of Serbia in August will set the platform for the resumption of talks, but concrete Belgrade-Pristina meetings likely will not be held before September.Kosovo decisions probably will not be passed on only by a portion of power, as has been so far, but the responsibility will be divided between representatives of the Presidency and the Government, the newspaper "Blic" writes, KIC reports.
Unofficially is mentioned that Marko Djuric, advisor to the President of Serbia, will be in charge of the technical part of the dialogue. Political negotiations involve players in the highest level, and these are the President of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolic, and Prime Minister Ivica Dacic.
