A 25-year-old commits suicide
Skenderaj / Polac - M.Koci, 25 year old has died as a result of firearms wounds. The case was initiated as a death under suspicious circumstances with elements of suicide.
Around 06:30 h. police was informed about a case of suicide to have been occurred in the village Polac of Skenderaj. The case is reported by members of the family of the deceased, who had found the victim lying in the yard, about 50 meters from the house.
The first police response units on the scene have found the lifeless body of M. Koci (1987), lying, with an entrance wound in the front of the body, caused by a firearm, whereas the hunting rifle, which is believed to have been used in this case, was identified near the dead body.
In the scene, police investigators have found and recovered as part of the exhibits, a cartridge and double –barreled hunting rifle, which is believed to have been involved in the case and will be processed for further examination. The case is classified as a suspicious death with elements of classical suicide prepared by the victim, whereas by the order of the prosecutor, the dead body was sent to the Forensic Institute in Prishtina for autopsy.
