A group of British scientists has produced a "super broccoli " called - Benefort acting against cancer.

It is about vegetable enriched broccoli glucoraphanin special ingredient that is effective against cardiovascular disease and certain cancers (Beneforte contains two to three times more than regular broccoli) pretending to be in contact with the intestinal flora in the active compound sulphoraphane, which reduces chronic inflammation and suppresses the development of certain cancers.

The Italian research results at the same time, have showed that a glass of red wine per day can stop the development of breast cancer. It is, as scientists have found, possible due to the effects of one of the polyphenol antioxidants - resveratrol found in red grape skins, and that laboratory tests have shown blocking the proliferation of cancerous cells.
