Belgrade - The candidate for head of Office for Kosovo, Aleksandar Vulin, says that Serbian institutions will survive, and that are the only parallel structures those which are funded by Pristina" .

In Kosovo exist parallel institutions, but they are funded from Pristina, not from Belgrade. For us exist only legitimate Serbian institutions and they will not be eliminated, "said Vulin in an interview for weekly magazine"Vreme".

According to his words in Kosovo will not be abolished none of the municipalities, and all solutions will be in accordance with the laws of Serbia. The statement that influential Western states are seeking the abolition of Serbian Institution from Belgrade, Vulin said that he cannot go against of the Constitution which clearly defines Kosovo as part of the state.

".I never said that this will be easy. It is not pleasant. But this is only possible I cannot change the Constitution. Constitution and the laws are binding that the elections are organized throughout Serbia Clearly states that Province Kosovo is an integral part of Serbian territory and that from this position follow the obligations of all state institutions", said Vulin. He expressed confidence that such an attitude will have understanding in Brussels, Washington and Moscow.

".There are things about which you cannot negotiate. These include the legal institutions of Republic of Serbia in Kosovo, first of all municipalities’ authorities of various ministries of Serbia which are functioning there", said Vulin and said that this includes courts, reports B92.
