Nikolić: Serbia disagree with the full independence of Kosovo
Belgrade - Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic said today that the desire of those who recognized Kosovo is its independence to be complete, and that the Serbian authorities try to never happen.
"I think I will never be president in Pristina, but as well the president of the Provisional Institutions of Kosovo will never be the president of Mitrovica," Nikolic said in Zrenjanin.
The Serbian president said the consensus should determine how Serbia should react if there are any unpleasant incidents showing that Pristina institutions wish to extend their responsibilities in the entire territory of Kosovo.
Nikolic said that “constantly is hanging in the air a condition for Serbia to establish good relations with the neighboring state of Kosovo". "We'll have to sit at the table and try to bring closer the positions," Nikolic said, commenting on the requirements for the recognition of Kosovo.
