Belgrade - European Union mediator in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, Robert Cooper, today in Belgrade will meet the Advisor of Serbian President Marko Djuric with whom will talk about current flow of the dialogue and the implementation of the agreements achieved in Brussels.
Cooper shall, as the spokeswoman of the chief of European Diplomacy, Catherine Ashton, said for Tanjug, Maja Kocijancic, in Belgrade will bring all the agreements that were reached so far, while Belgrade expects that after the visit of British diplomat will be clearer whether EU has new conditions for Serbia.
It remains unknown whether the British diplomat will meet with the head of Belgrade team Borislav Stefanovic, which is, otherwise, announced on 13:00 press conference, but at the EU headquarters has been confirmed that Cooper after the visit in Belgrade will travel in Pristina for a meeting with the head of of Pristina team Edita Tahiri.
Main topic of discussion in Belgrade, as the Kocijancic and Djuric confirmed for Tanjug, will be arrangements which were reached so far in the dialogue and their implementation.
Speaking of the agreements reached, Ashton's spokeswoman has denied the claims of the head of Belgrade negotiating team that it was agreed that in northern Kosovo, because of the specific situation, that agreement is not applied, as well as, as she said, the interpretation of Belgrade it had been agreed that except the stars, on the panel with the name of Kosovo is and footnote text which is in accordance with the dialogue.
In Belgrade, on the other hand, expects the meeting will clarify if there are new conditions for the continuation of Serbian European integration which for the Belgrade media are writing - the opening of representative offices in Belgrade, Pristina and the Belgrade to Pristina, the elimination of parallel institutions and summit meeting between Belgrade and Pristina.
Kocijancic, reacting on those these writings, repeated that EU did not set any new conditions for integration of Serbia.
"The main condition for opening of negotiations with the EU appointed the European Council, and that is visibly and sustainable improvement of relations with Kosovo", said Kocijancic, unwilling to go into details.
