Albright Capital Management, a company which is led by Medline Albright, wants to buy the Post and Telecommunications of Kosovo.

Albright's company is among eight companies that submitted applications for privatization of PTK, Kosovo's most profitable company.

PTK has around one million subscribers in mobile network and 100,000 in land line telephony, and provides access to Internet services.
