State Secretary at the Ministry for Kosovo Oliver Ivanovic said that to the municipalities of Zubin Potok and Zvecan has expired the mandate and he announced as a possible solution the formation of temporary councils in these two municipalities.

Ivanovic said that the legal mandate of these municipalities and that the municipal structures will be replaced by a form which is provided by the local government law ". Ministry for Local Government and for Kosovo too, should  find a solution. I think this would be a temporary presidents of these Council and these temporary Councils shall perform the functions of the Mayor", said Ivanovic.
