EULEX two individuals were arrested because of war crimes
Prishtina – Two suspects for war crimes were arrested today in EULEX and Kosovo Police joint action, stated the EU mission in Kosovo stated today.
Two suspects were under investigation because they allegedly committed war crimes of rape in April 1999 in Kosovo, it was specified in statement.
Joint action of EULEX Police Unit for investigations of war crimes (JIZR) and Units of Kosovo Police for investigations of war crimes (JPKIRZ), was performed in Babi Most and In Vushtrri.
Suspects were arrested by court order and their houses were searched. The case is investigated by Kosovo Prosecution.
