Vushtrri - In a ceremony Monday in Vushtrri is launched a project for conservation of the Castle, funded by the U.S.A, attended by Deputy U.S. Ambassador in Kosovo, Michael Murphy, Mayor Bajram Mulaku and Hajdin Abazi, deputy minister of culture.

Deputy U.S. Ambassador, Michael Murphy said that to ensure the future with pride and prosperity of Kosovo, we all must work to preserve and protect every piece of its multi-ethnic heritage. Deputy Minister of Culture, Hajdin Abazi, said the ministry of culture and donors are interested in supporting heritage projects. 

Bajram Mulaku, mayor of Vushtrri, on behalf of the citizens of Vushtrri expressed gratitude to the U.S. government for its support for cultural heritage in Vushtrri. According to the director of the NGO "Cultural Heritage without Borders", Sali Shoshi, the project costs about 530 thousand dollars.
