Administrative Office in Mitrovica starts functioning
Mitrovica - Employees in the Administrative Office of the Kosovo government, which is located in the northern part of Mitrovica started the work in the morning.
Employees of the Office came this morning into the building which is located in the Bosniak neighborhood. Head of the Office, AdrijanaHodzić, said forty officials signed contracts yesterday.
Regional Kosovo Police spokesman Besim Hoti said that the police had intensified its presence in the vicinity of the Administrative Office. On the so-called eastern bridge that is located fifty meters away from the office can be seen KFOR soldiers.
The annual budget of the Office will amount 4 million euros and as stated in the Government of Kosovo, it’s task will be provision of services to citizens and coordination of activities and investments in this part of Kosovo.
