Mitrovicė - After three days of strike, miners of "Trepca" on Thursday stopped the strike, since the KPA has met their demand by appointing for manager one of the proposed man, Halil Qela, director of the Mining and development of "Trepca" Company.

It is learned that the agreement has been reached as Shkėlzen Lluka, Managing Director of KPA, on Thursday visited the strikers at the mine.

President of Trepca workers Union, Nezir Behrami, said they met KPA officials and have reached the agreement that the previous decision be repealed and for the acting manager to be appointed one of those three names that they have proposed.

Miners of the mine and flotation “Trepca” in Stan Terg went on strike on Tuesday, expressing dissatisfaction with the appointment of Eset Ujkani in a position of  Acting Director following the resignation of Ferat Shala.
