Patagonia - Surrounded by snowy mountains and lakes of Chilean Patagonia, sheep grazing and radio noise are the only things in the life of Faustino Barrientos, who has been living isolated in Lake O'Higgins for 46 years, in one of the most "hidden" places in the world.

Reporters of one television from New York decided to make a story about him on last December and it took 4 days to reach his house.

"I do not need money. I have enough to eat. Life is better when you are alone. I will stay here until the end, "Faustino said, TCh reports.

Lake O'Higgins is the least populated region of Chile. Location of 81-year-old man has two "buildings": one where Faustino eats, sleeps, listens to the radio and reads newspapers that come twice a year, and one where he keeps foods brought to him by a boat that passes by every 10 days.

This eccentric man has seen television only once in his life: "I like radio. I learn about political and sports developments from the radio."
