Cat, the smartest pet
Man and the cat have a very similar brain in structure and function.
This is an interesting outcome of recent studies on animal intelligence that cat is surprisingly considered smarter than the dog in regard with the master. British scientific magazine 'New Scientist' has accumulated results of all experiments that were made for these pets to discover that a cat's brain (although smaller than the dog’s) has twice as many neurons.
Study also shows that cats are just as sociable as dogs. Not only that. All we would bet that the number 1 in sniffing is dog, but will lose. New research has shown that cats have more sniff receptors than the loyal friend of man. Another advantage is that staying with cats is good for health, provided you're not allergic.
