Pennsylvania - Annie Clark is a 7 - year old and was born without hands. But it seems it did not bother the 7-year-old girl to win first prize in a calligraphy contest in Pennsylvania, United States of America.
She can do everything; she can hold a pen with her forearms. Like most children who do not have hands, Annie Clark is able to get dressed by herself, cut a piece of paper with scissors or open a can.
She can do all these things thanks to application of her own technique, which has now become vital to her, for a child born without hands. And now, she has also won a contest in calligraphy.
Annie has also big dreams: she wants to become a writer. "Annie has always been very determined in everything she does; she is convinced in what she wants wear or needs to eat," her father Tom said.
"She even rides a bike, swims and manages to write on the computer keyboard," her mother, Mary Ellen, adds.
